WHERE IS MY ORDER? ***THERE ARE DELAY'S ALL THROUGH OUT THE SUPPLY CHAINS AND WE ARE WORKING AS FAST AS WE CAN. YOUR ORDER IS HERE AND IT IS SAFE AND WILL SHIP AS SOON AS IT'S FINISHED.***
At The Dark fit All of the Designs and Products we sell are made to order. When A Product begins production the lead time is 3-7  Business Days to Process. Shipping can take up to 10-15 days depending where you live.  This is Standard but we strive to cut that down as best we can.

***WHILE YOU MAY PLACE AN ORDER FOR CERTAIN EVENTS I.E. HOLIDAYS, BIRTHDAYS, BAR MITZVAH'S OR WHATEVER, WE ARE STILL ON THE SCHEDULES WE KEEP AND ARE NOT SWAYED BY THESE EVENTS UNLESS SPECIFIED SO PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY WHEN ORDERING AS THIS WILL NOT BE ALTERED***

WHAT IS YOUR PRE-ORDER POLICY? Our Pre-Orders are Far Shorter than Most, but 2 Weeks is 2 Weeks. We Allow that Time to Ensure We order the correct amounts to Print PER ORDER. We start them on a specific Date following the Pre-Sale, we end them on a specific date and EVERY ONE OF THEM HAS THAT END DATE ON THE SITE! If Your Order contains a Pre-Order, it WILL NOT be shipped until the Pre-Order is Over and Shipped.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS? Yes. Shipping cost is calculated at the time of order. However, you may have to pay additional customs fees depending on where you live.
